Why doesn’t the Ultra Zoom seem to fit or fully support my ankle and/or is loose when I first put it on?

The Ultra Zoom brace MUST BE WORN WITH SHOES for maximum support, stability, and fit. This brace is not recommended for sleeve-style shoes, tall boots, or sandals.
