  • Sometimes my braces squeak.  What should I do?
    • This is an easy fix.  Yes, sometimes the Ultra Zoom® will squeak because of the advanced resin used in the Performathane® Custom-Fit technology.  Any type of spray lubricant such as silicone or similar sprayed directly in the rivet/hinge area where the upper and lower components meet will stop the squeaking.
  • How long does it take for the brace to form to my ankle.
    • The Performathane® Custom-Fit technology takes around 3-4 practices, 6-8 hours of usage for the shell of the brace to form-fit to your unique ankle.  During the break-in period it is best to wear two pairs of athletic socks.  Once the Ultra Zoom® customizes to your ankle it will be the most comfortable, low profile and supportive ankle brace you will every wear.
