I wear the Ultra Ankle 2 every time I spar or work out heavy, especially when throwing right round house kicks and having to post on the injured left ankle-foot.  I have been wearing it over a month now and am very pleased.  With the brace on I feel confident about the ankle and don't worry about foot placement all the time. 

I continue to rehab the ankle with all the traditional stuff: resistance, bands, stretching, etc.  The brace simply provides peace of mind from further injury.  I would (and have) recommended it to anyone with an ankle injury or prone to them.
